How do I contact you?

We are available through email and social media. Please allow one or two business days for a reply. Social Media direct messaging in Facebook and Instagram can get you a quicker response. 

How do I use a promo code?

All coupon codes should be applied at time of checkout, once order is processed we cannot manually input a code. 

What are your form of payments?

We accept all mayor debit/credit cards, Apple Pay as well as PayPal! You may choose the option you would like to use at checkout.

Where do I get my order number?

When your order is processed an email will be sent out.

How do I track my package?

We ship through USPS or UPS, an email with the number will allow you to track your package at the USPS website. 

Do you provide return labels?

We are sorry we do not provide them, they are at your cost. You can purchase one at your local post office.
