Shipping Methods

Free shipping on all domestic orders that exceed $80 before shipping cost and after any discount code is applied during checkout. Packages are shipped with USPS or UPS. Tracking number will be emailed to you once the order is ready to ship. All orders being placed with NEXT DAY SHIPPING or TWO DAY SHIPPING must be placed before 2:00 pm PST to have your package ship out the same day (no deliveries on weekends or holidays).

Easy Returns & Exchanges

We are devoted towards your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not happy with your selection, you can exchange an item for another item, or return it for a credit or refund, subject to the following terms and limitations. We only accept returns or exchanges up to 30 days from the original date of shipment. Any item to be returned or exchanged must be in new, unused, and resalable condition. Any exchange or return should be sent back in the original, undamaged travel bag and packaging, plus any accessories or extras that may have been included with the shipment.

To make a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

a.) Email us at: support@soleandstyle.com in order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which allows us to process your return.

b.) Send the item back in the original, undamaged box and packaging to: 3553 Atlantic Ave. #656 Long Beach, Ca 90807

c.) Attach the return shipping label to your shipment and drop it off at any USPS or FedEx locations.
